ARC Design Studios collaborates with you to take your inspiration and narrow it down to FOCUS in on your vision. I take the stress of too many ideas and create a concept that encompasses not only the things you loved via your inspiration, but also your venue and OVERALL design for the event. We take all of this information and create a CONCEPT MAP that will be the resource to successfully execute your event!
Through this process we conduct a SITE VISIT to get the most accurate information to create this CONCEPT MAP for the design. We will include space layouts, images for placement of specific design elements, and all other important details concerning the venue. We also schedule and conduct a MOCK UP SESSION to see some of the design ideas in real time. Mock Up Sessions give us the confidence that the design ideas pursued in the map are the right ones to match your vision!

Day of Coordination
I Just Need that Go-To Person
I hear this ALOOOT from clients. That they just really need a GO-TO person that day to make sure that all of the plans they have worked so hard to make go right. So many of my clients want someone there but want to do the planning on their own... I GET IT! So... I created a simple Coordination service that is just for that day!
Since each of my clients are different, and each event they throw is different, the main objective with this service is to:
1. Prepare and organize all the information and details that YOU are planning.
2. Assist with timelines, TO-DO lists, and stay in constant communication about the details for your event.
3. BE that GO-TO Person you need that day!
I create a Organizational Concept Map for your event that takes all of the information gathered and puts it in an organized document to be used as a tool for your event. This document is happily shared with anyone involved in the success of your big day! This service also includes basic contact with your VENDORS, and a site VISIT! With all of these tools and prepratory moves I am fully prepared to coordinate your event!

Day of Setup & Tear Down Service
OKAY so now let me ask...
Who is going to be the one setting up your decor? Are you planning on asking your Aunt to miss the ceremony to do it? A friend?
What about at the end of the night, and you have partied a little and now are staring at a room of items you need to pack up and take home...
Here is the thing...NO ONE wants to be worried or stressed about how to clean up after the party...This is one of those things that most people don't think of until later in the planning stages.
When booking Setup & Tear Down services with the studio, IT IS REQUIRED that you have booked Concept Development Services. It is vital that the studio is part of both processes in order to make sure the event execution is properly planned and prepared for. Setup & Tear Down services are NOT available on their own.
The team comes in, we set the space based on the Concept Map developed in Concept development. This document started in the early phases becomes the tool we use to be successful during setup!
